Our Story
Marina Diaz and Thiago Talpo are medical assistants who specialize in hair restoration. Together they bring over 25 years of combined experience assisting in procedures and training medical staff worldwide.
Prior to becoming independent technicians, they worked at Medical Hair Restoration under Dr. Matt Leavitt — one of the pioneers of micrografting — where they participated as trainers in the Orlando Live Surgery Workshops, educating thousands of doctors from across the world.
Since becoming independent contractors in 2011, they have assisted in over 1,400 surgeries under more than 20 physicians specializing in hair restoration across Brazil, Honduras, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Sweden, and throughout the U.S.
Ms. Diaz holds degrees in medical assistance and business administration. Mr. Talpo holds degrees as a medical assistant and X-ray technician. Both are committed to providing excellent care to their patients and physicians.
